"My water heater went bust on a Friday afternoon just as plumbers were
ending their work week. I thought I'd be stuck without hot water all
weekend, or get stuck paying overtime, but after calling Water Heaters
Only, I had someone coming to replace my water heater in less than two
hours. Tony was courteous, and knowledgeable and installed the new water
heater without a single problem. And believe me, I called around and
did my research, other plumbers were quoting me hundreds more, and even
getting a much lower quality water heater from Loews and having them
install it, would have cost me more. If you want convenience and a great

like the company's matter of fact attitude - to the point- straight
shooter, no fluff - know what they are doing and provided detail of what
the install would require based on my answers to a few simple

the installer was very knowledgeable and has been in this line of work

"2 thumbs up. Water heated failed late Friday night of Labor Day
weekend. Other plumbing companies did not know if they could even get
100 gal water heater on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. All their
vendors are closed. Home Depot said they couldn't get one until Tuesday
(yikes!). But when I called Water Heaters Only early Sat. morning,
Bill said he could get the water heater and have someone at the apt.
bldg. in 2 hrs. Ta Da!!! Alex showed up as promised, and proceeded
right to work and finished in a couple of hours. He cleaned up very
nicely afterwards too. Tenants and landlord very happy. And price
seemed reasonable considering it was an emergency, and all the work that
