- QUALITY Water Heaters Only has purchased and installed every major brand of water heaters sold in the United States today. We have bought most brands by the semi truck load at one time or another during our 40 years in business. We think we "know" them all pretty well. We are careful not to get stuck using only one brand of water heater because of an attachment to a sales representative or just because we are comfortable dealing with and installing that brand. Being comfortable isn't what it's about for us. We don't like to "habitually" do anything; we like to be conscious of each choice we make. We look for quality that shows up in longevity and features that get you more hot water at a lower price.
- Customer service Quality is worthless without customer service. We look to our manufacturers for top notch service; we expect and demand that when problems arise, solutions follow close behind.
